Rents are affordable:
1-bedroom is  $ 550.00 per month
2-bedroom is  $ 641.00 per month

Utilities are included (saving $$ in utility deposits) .  Section 8 vouchers, Home Funds, Home Inc. and Biltmore Properties are welcome.

FAMILY APARTMENTS
The Family Apartments are comprised of 33 spacious, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the single/family section.  The Family Apartments have a community laundry room, swimming pool, and barbeque grills.  Family Apartments include the same amenities and rental fees as shown above.  Children from the Family Apartment community may participate in the After-School program at Trinity Lutheran Church at no cost.
